Combining puppetry and actors like no other show; Avenue Q tells the story of Princeton, a college graduate in New York City with big dreams and a tiny bank account.
Princeton's new friends, a colourful ensemble of fur, fleece and foam, teach him the harsh realities of adult life on the avenue, helping him to discover the truth about issues like homosexuality, racism, and unemployment. This is a new amateur production of the mature, side splitting musical comedy which won three of the 2004 Tony Awards ® including Best Musical. This performance is given by kind permission of the Authors and Producers of Avenue Q London and is in benefit of BBC Children in Need.
