Drama Workshops: Act Two
Mondays
School Year 6
Our weekly drama workshops are back from Monday 9th May!
We are currently offering priority booking to existing members and then spaces to our waiting list.
Interested in joining the group? Due to popularity there may not be spaces available this term, but please sign up to the Waiting List to find out when a space becomes available.
What Are Act Two Drama Workshops?
In our weekly drama workshops, we begin each week’s workshop with a range of drama games which introduce acting skills and help to develop concentration, quick thinking and teamwork, which not only help you as you enter the world of acting, but are also invaluable life skills!
The second half of the workshops are spent exploring that term’s themes, which have included storytelling, improvisation, Grimm Tales, pantomimes and stock characters.
The drama workshops are a fantastic way to build confidence, develop skills and make friends.

Keeping Everyone Safe
Trinity Theatre’s Safeguarding Policy
All of our groups are led by experienced, DBS-checked professional youth theatre leaders.
As the youth theatre has expanded, we don’t have any space available for parents / carers to wait, and it can make the children feel self conscious.
If you have any concerns during the term, please speak to our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Jason Lower. He can be contacted confidentially via email or on 07587 537308.
As the situation with the pandemic continues to develop, we will comply with the most-current guidance, in addition to implementing our own additional measures to keep our members safe. We will make members aware via email of any changes we make that will affect how the group runs. Members are also welcome to take their own measures to make themselves feel safer.
Fees & Bursaries
The group costs £90.00 for the 9-week term (with the cost of one week’s sessions deducted for members’ siblings).
We offer £10 taster sessions available for new members (deducted off the term cost if they decide to continue). Those starting later in the term will have the term fee pro-rated.
Those taking part in two or more Trinity Youth Theatre weekly workshops get a week for free with the price deducted from the term rate. Please contact us if you would like to sign up to multiple groups.
No one should be unable to take part because of financial constraints. Bursaries from The Elliott Fund are available for those on low incomes. Please contact us for more information.
Any Questions?
Please send Sam and Jason an email and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
