“I just come out feeling so much better, it’s such a wonderful uplifting experience.
The volunteers and staff are fantastic, it brightens up the day.”
A member of Trinity Encore’s Senior Sing Group

Meet new people while moving, seated in a chair along with some great and familiar music.

The sessions help improve mobility, coordination and posture as well as aiding mood, confidence and quality of life.

Come along on your own, with a friend, or with a son/daughter/carer. There is no need to book – just turn up on the day, with no commitment to come back after that if it isn’t for you (though we hope it is).

We have two groups every Wednesday:

  • 10am – 11am at Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1JP (at Tunbridge Wells Christian Centre until 18 January)
  • 2pm – 3pm at The Oast Theatre, Tonbridge, TN10 3AN

We also run weekly Senior Sing groups just after these sessions in each venue, and monthly Senior Cinema screenings.

Please contact Jason Lower by email or on 01892 500673 if you have any questions.

Made possible thanks to funding from Involve Kent and the Kent County Council Wellbeing Grant.

“Seeing my mum do it, the benefits of it are numerous… she’s so enthusiastic and it motivates her to come out. Seeing her socialise and meeting people. It gives her something to look forward to. It’s the one thing we’re able to come and do that is true joy and fun and it’s so nice seeing her laughing and smiling each week.”
