The Four Seasons – Danced by Catherine Bellinger School of Dance
The Four Seasons” is not only a danced magical fairy tale for children, but also an allegory with meaning for all ages, relating to love, peace, harmony, and the protection of wildlife and the environment.
Ticket sales are equally in aid of two charities, “Action for Children,” which looks after abused and impoverished children, Royal Patron HRH the Princess of Wales, and “The Teenage Cancer Trust,” which uniquely cares for teenagers, who are found to have cancer, and gives support to their families throughout the UK.
The message, as central to the author/composer’s work and expressed on stage by the narrators, is “Love is the silver thread that bonds humanity and, taking nature and imagination by the hand, forms a bridge into the world of dreams.”
Attendance is not only a unique means of entertainment, but also an opportunity for families to be seen to take positive action for children and those families less fortunate than themselves.
Please come and help to make this event a huge success.
