Light, fun exercises to popular music from years gone by…

Meet new people while moving, seated in a chair along with some great and familiar music.
The sessions help improve mobility, coordination and posture as well as aiding mood, confidence and quality of life.
Come along on your own, with a friend, or with a son/daughter/carer. There is no need to book – just turn up on the day, with no commitment to come back after that if it isn’t for you (though we hope it is).
The group runs weekly on Wednesdays from 10am – 11am at Trinity Theatre, Church Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1JP

What is Trinity Encore?
Trinity Encore is our name for our adult groups that run during the day, made possible thanks to funding from Involve Kent and the Kent County Council Wellbeing Grant.
