Trinity Youth Theatre: Weekly LAMDA Classes

Mondays at Trinity Theatre

Various groups for School Years 5-11

For beginners, experienced LAMDA exam takers and everyone in between

These weekly classes run in small groups, focusing on characterisation, voice work and technique. We look at a mixture of monologues and small group scenes. The sessions are invaluable for gaining confidence, helping for auditions and, at the higher grades, gaining UCAS points.

Our experienced LAMDA tutors help at every step of the way – from choosing the right monologues, to refining your performance. LAMDA Acting Grades and Medals are a rewarding and well-respected qualification to gain.

We have 2 LAMDA sessions running each Monday:

LAMDA for School Years 8+ on Mondays from 4.30pm – 5.30pm
LAMDA for School Years 5 – 7 on Mondays from 5.45pm – 6.45pm

We also have Drama sessions running on a Monday that you can attend before or after your LAMDA session. Please see here for a list of other workshops we have available.

Each session runs for one hour and costs £105 for a 10 week term. Exam fees are an additional cost and payable when exams are taken. Please see LAMDA’s current price list table.

New members can sign up for a free one-week taster session to decide if it is for them. If it is, they will have their space ready for them to sign up for the rest of the term. Please note that Youth Theatre spaces are non-refundable. 

We know times are currently financially tough for some families, and we don’t want anybody who wants to join us to be put off by the price. Please contact us for more information about The Elliott Fund which supports those on low incomes.
