Our weekly drama workshops are great for anyone with an interest in performing and a passion for theatre!

Through fun and creative workshops, Trinity Youth Theatre members learn different skills, featuring a mixture of devising, improvisation, games and script work.

At the end of the term, groups take part in a short performance of what they have been doing to an invited audience of family and friends. Members are expected to come to as many weeks as possible, and to be available for the sharing performance at the end of term.

Our workshops are a superb way to build confidence, develop skills and make friends.

We have a range of groups, spread across four age groups which run on Mondays. The groups take place either at Trinity Theatre – on our stage, in our studio room, or in our Foyer – or at The Wells Free School, a short walk up the road from Trinity. A full list of the groups and their days / start times can be found at the bottom of the page.

New members can sign up for a one-week taster session to decide if it is for them. If it is, they will have their space ready for them to sign up for the rest of the term.

Groups School Years Duration Price
Storytellers 1 and 2 50 minutes £90 / term
Act One 3 and 4 1 hour £100 / term

We know times are currently financially tough for some families, and we don’t want anybody who wants to join us to be put off by the price. Please contact us for more information about The Elliott Fund which supports those on low incomes.

All of our groups are led by experienced, DBS-checked professional youth theatre leaders. Please see Trinity Theatre’s Safeguarding Policy for more information.

If you have any questions, please send Jason an email and he will get back to you as soon as he can.
