Trinity Encore
Join the fabulous Jade every Wednesday during school term time for a 90-minute choir session at Trinity Theatre!
Trinity Encore Senior Choir is open to everyone, including people living with dementia and their carer. The aim of the choir is to help improve wellbeing, confidence and quality of life for those living with dementia. Singing improves posture, speech, lung activity, muscle mobility but most of all mood.
During the Coronavirus lockdown, Jade has been putting together some videos for those who take part. Get in contact with Jason to be added to the mailing list or find out more information.
Senior Cinema
Trinity Senior Cinema is an initiative developed in collaboration with the Good Neighbour Project designed for those who feel socially isolated. With a screening of a classic film, there is also the opportunity to meet people, socialise and make new friends.
Held on the third Monday of each month, these screenings have been modified slightly so the experience is a little more comfortable. With the volume a little higher, the house lights a little brighter, there’s even a brief programmed interval.
While these screenings are open to the public, please be aware of the altered screening conditions above and that there may be some conversations that continue throughout the film – this is all acceptable and is part of the experience! Get in contact with Jason to find out when Senior Cinema starts again.

Join the Club
As a member of our Senior Cinema club you are entitled to a reduced ticket price as well as a complimentary tea or coffee and biscuits in the interval. We also reserve an area of our foyer for you, so you can continue those conversations during the 15-minute interval. The special Senior Cinema Club tickets are only available via our box office and you’ll have to present your membership card to purchase.
