Encore Silver Swans
Balletic movements to keep you in balance. Would you like to focus on your balance, posture, and those little muscles we all wish we could strengthen without spending hours in the gym? Silver Swan centres on graceful movements and poise to improve your balance. Creating a gentle exercise routine whilst looking like a Sliver Swan slowly enhances your stability.
Join us as we create elegant movements, improve posture, drink tea, and nibble biscuits with some gentle exercise.
There is no need to book – just turn up on the day, with no commitment to come back after that if it isn’t for you (though we hope it is).
The group runs weekly on Tuesdays from 10.30am – 11.30am
Occasionally the group has to move off-site. Please contact Jason, Katie and Rachel by email or call 07587 537308 if you want to join or have any questions.

Encore Singers
Something fun, somewhere warm, with some new friends. Singing optional.
Join us for a sing-song to music you will know from the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s. Don’t worry if you aren’t a confident singer – it’s all about meeting new people and having fun.
Singing improves posture, speech, lung activity and muscle mobility but most of all mood!

Seeing my mum do it, the benefits of it are numerous… she’s so enthusiastic and it motivates her to come out. Seeing her socialise and meeting people. It gives her something to look forward to. It’s the one thing we’re able to come and do that is true joy and fun and it’s so nice seeing her laughing and smiling each week
