Trinity Encore is our name for our older adult groups – though anyone is welcome to attend!

Join us for a sing-song to music you will know from the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s. Don’t worry if you aren’t a confident singer – it’s all about meeting new people, eating biscuits and having fun.

Singing improves posture, speech, lung activity and muscle mobility but most of all mood!

Come along on your own, with a friend, or with a son/daughter/carer. There is no need to book – just turn up on the day, with no commitment to come back after that if it isn’t for you (though we hope it is).

 

We have two groups every Wednesday:

• 11.30am – 12.45pm at Trinity Theatre, Church Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1JP
• 3.30pm – 4.30pm at Tonbridge Baptist Church, Darenth Avenue, Tonbridge TN10 3HZ

 

We also run weekly Movers groups just before these sessions in each venue, and weekly Trinity Encore Cinema screenings.

Recommended donation of £5 per session. We do not want cost to be a barrier for anyone wanting to join in these sessions. Anyone who is unable to make a donation may donate less, every other week or join us for free, no questions asked.
