| Peter Bulman Chairman With a career stretching from teaching to local authority administration and transport management, Peter is currently Human Resources Manager of a leading UK international industrial gases company. Always passionate about political issues, he entered local politics when he was elected to represent Park Ward at TWBC in May 1998. Since then, he has undertaken a variety of senior roles, including membership of the Cabinet and serving on the Council. Peter joined the Board of the Trinity Theatre in 2007 to offer his commercial and professional expertise to assist in ensuring that the organisation becomes a thriving enterprise at the heart of Tunbridge Wells. | Carole Wanless |

| Steve Mason CEO Stephen Mason is Company Director of Mason Consulting, based in Tunbridge Wells. His specialist areas are Management and Financial Markets. | Rod Ashurst Director Rod Ashurst has lived in Tunbridge Wells for 10 years, having moved back to the UK with his family following a five year spell living and working in France. He is a senior manager in BT where he has worked for over 25 years across a variety of posts and areas of responsibility. These include sales management, commercial policy, pricing, change management, global sourcing, distributor management and key partner relationships. For two years, Rod was diversity champion for his line of business within BT. Rod has an MBA from Sheffield Business School. |

| George Campbell Director | Caroline Elliott Director Caroline has been involved with Trinity since its inception over 25 years ago. She has a long standing history in theatre and before her marriage to Michael worked in production at the BBC, both in sound and TV. She has three children and five grandchildren. She has been both a paid and volunteer member of Trinity’s staff and has been acting and directing with TTC for many years. She has directed the Christmas shows ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’, The Witches’ and ‘Babe’.She takes her position on the Board very seriously and hopes and feels she represents the local community and the members of Trinity. |

| Michael Elliott Director/Artistic Consultant Michael has been involved with Trinity since its outset and was its second Chairman. In the past he was a director of Kimberly-Clark, General Administrator of the National Theatre, and consultant to a number of major theatres and arts centres. He is now a professional actor and director, and founded the successful Bitesize Lunchtime Theatre. He is currently volunteering his services to Trinity as a consultant and was responsible for drawing up the 2009/10 budget, as well as assisting the Artistic Manager. | John Goss Director John is the newest member to the Trinity Board joining in April 2011. He is Senior Client Partner for Coutts Tunbridge Wells. Coutts & Co are the UK private banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Coutts pride themselves on being a dynamic and modern private bank which maintains its tradition of offering a very personal wealth management service to a range of diverse clients. John loves dogs and lives with his wife, just outside Tunbridge Wells, he is very keen on Theatre and is proud to be on the Trinity Board. |

Chris Winning Chris is the newest member of The Trinity Board, joining us in October 2011. He has lived in Tunbridge Wells for over 20 years & worked as a Corporate & Private Banker in the City & West End for in excess 35 years & a Freeman of The City of London. Having recently retired from the banking world, he now runs his own diversified business, based very close to The Trinity Theatre, and as a serial "networker" with numerous good quality contacts, he hopes to provide real support to the fund raising committee in the years ahead. Married, with 3 children (28, 26 & 5), Chris has historically been a very keen sportsman, enjoys his time with the family, and now a keen member of The Nevill Golf Club. He looks forward to spending more time at Trinity and supporting its aspirations. | Hugo Wuyts Director Hugo has been a Tunbridge Wells resident for over 20 years and was born and educated in Flanders. He studied architecture in Brussels, town planning in the Netherlands and urban design in London. He has worked for European architecture firms and municipality, borough and county councils, the health sector and a not-for-profit organisation. He is interested in what influences the environment; buildings, nature, culture and people. He has been married for 23 years and his pastimes include cooking (and eating!), film, music and cultivating an allotment. |

| Len Horwood Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Cllr Horwood serves on Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for the Ward of The Pantiles and St Marks. As well as being on the Board of Trinity, he is part of the Governing Body for Claremont Primary School. |
